View your Balances and Make Payments with this new Middy's myAccount feature.

At Middy's, we are proud to always be offering you more... Which is why we are excited to announce the highly anticipated 'Balance & Payments' has arrived on Middy's myAccount.

Balance & Payments allows you to view outstanding balances for current and previous periods, as well as your Payment History. This means you can view all transactions for those Age Periods - including Invoices, Cash Unallocated, and Credit Notes.

Most importantly, you can now easily make payments for these specific transactions or periods all from one place.

 

How to View Balances and Make Payments

1. Log in to Middy’s myAccount.
2. Select Dashboard from the dropdown menu and navigate to Balance & Payments.
3. Here you can see all outstanding balances for current and previous periods.
4. Select the 'Age Period' or specific transactions you would like to pay.
5. Settle your Total to Pay via your preferred payment method.
6. View your payments at the bottom of the page in Payment History.
