Power issues are no problem for M&P Electrical and Middy's Benalla.

Terip Terip Homestead Power Generation Project.

With fluctuating power issues at Terip Terip, a small Victorian rural location within the local government area of Murrindindi, the clients approached the team from M&P Electrical in Euroa to come up with a solution. From there Michael approached Andrew McLeod from Middy’s Benalla to assist. After analysing the power requirements, Troy Crawford (Middy’s Industrial BDM) along with the technical team at Pramac offered the GSW45 Generator as the best solution.

As the property runs off a SWER line (Single Wire Earth Return) this unit was reconfigured in-house by Pramac engineers to supply 30kVA 2 Phase 480V to the property. This was coupled with a Pramac built Automatic Transfer Switch, so if the power fluctuated more than 10% above or 6% below it brings the generator into play. All without the need for human intervention.
 

The Location: Terip Terip, RGA of Murrindindi (Central Victoria)

This system has the capability to run power for the entire homestead including Power, Lighting, Split Systems, Floor Heating and Refrigeration. Not losing power is paramount in the last case as there are critical medicinals that must be kept at a constant precise temperature.

The install has been a great success thanks to the excellent work conducted by the M&P Electrical Team. The homestead owners are not even aware of when or how often the generator is brought into play unless they view the software log. Which also importantly lets them know the fuel consumption and when refilling is required.
