Middy's & Bryce Fullwood Close out Sandown Weekend - and 2025 Partnership On a High

The Sandown 500 delivered one of the strongest and most exciting weekends of the year for Middy's Racing, with Bryce Fullwood producing back-to-back top-ten finishes and showcasing the true pace of the Middy's Camaro in tricky, fast-changing conditions. The performance also marks a fitting and memorable conclusion to Middy's 2025 sponsorship with Brad Jones Racing and Bryce, closing out the season on a well-deserved high.



After a challenging opening day on Friday, Fullwood came back fighting on Saturday. The Middy's Camaro was the quickest BJR entry in qualifying, earning Bryce a well-deserved place in the Top Ten Shootout. A smooth and confident lap saw him start eighth on the grid, and he backed it up in the race with a strong, composed drive to claim ninth in Race 30.

Sunday continued the momentum. Fullwood again reached the Shootout and lit up the timing screens with the fastest first two sectors, before a small moment in the final corner invalidated what could have been a top-three lap. Undeterred, he launched from 10th on the grid, climbing rapidly to fifth after a perfectly timed early pit stop in heavy rain, and recovered from a mid-race spin to bring the Middy's Camaro home in an impressive eighth place in Race 31.



Across the garage, it was also a strong showing for the wider BJR team. Andre Heimgartner delivered one of the drives of the weekend on Saturday, charging from the rear of the field to finish 10th, while Jaxon Evans and Macauley Jones showed promising speed across both days despite the unpredictable wet conditions. Evans recorded finishes of 15th and 15th, while Jones came home 17th and 18th.

For Middy's, the weekend was about more than just results - it was a celebration. Finishing our 2025 partnership with BJR and Bryce Fullwood with such competitive, spirited performances is something we are genuinely proud of. The Middy's Camaro has become a fan favourite over the years, and seeing it race inside the top ten at one of the sport's most iconic events was a fitting finale for the program.



We thank Bryce, the entire Brad Jones Racing team, and all our loyal customers, suppliers and staff who have supported Middy's Racing throughout the seasons. From hot laps and activations to branch visits and race-day energy, this partnership showcased the passion, professionalism and team spirit that Middy's is known for.

As the Supercars Championship now heads to Adelaide for the final round of the year from 27-30 November, Middy's will be proudly watching on in full support of Bryce and the entire BJR team, cheering them home as they close out the season.
