Warren and Leanne Martin purchased a Veterinarian Alkaline Hydrolysis machine (PET-550) which is a pet cremation machine from Bio Response Solutions in America. This is the first in Victoria and the second in Australia to use this technology compared to the traditional gas fired way.

The machine runs at 92 degrees for 18 hours in 700 litres of water. This process is 90% more efficient than the alternative gas fired option.
 
Warren and Leanne reached out to Gary Askew (Owner of Leahys Electrical) to help with the installation process.

The machine wiring was originally supposed to be supplied in compliance with Australian wiring standards before being shipped to Australia, however that was not to be the case. Gary spent two weeks attempting to source a solution but struggled to get one. He then enlisted the help of the Middy’s Industrial team to resolve the issue.

Upon inspection, Hank Terpstra from Middy’s Industrial recognised that the machine hadn’t been configured correctly. After liaising with BRS Hank and the team managed to provide a custom solution consisting of a 3 phase transformer 415V/220V at 26KVA, which was built locally in just two days.
